Overview
The local court is competent to assess the value of the following at the request of an interested party or at the request of an authority
- Real property
- movable property
- Uses of a property
- Rights to a plot of land
- fruits that are not yet separated from the land
- Damage to a property and to fruits that are not yet separated from the land, insofar as the objects are located in its district.
The local jurisdiction of the local court is limited to the respective district of the city of Offenbach. If a property is located in the districts of several local courts, the local court in whose district the larger part is located shall have jurisdiction.
The valuation certificates for properties should contain information on
- Size and land value
- the type and value of the buildings
- Value of the special facilities belonging to the property
- total value
