Conditional blocking note
Overview
If persons in
- a reception center for asylum seekers or other foreign refugees,
- Hospitals, nursing homes or other facilities for the care of people in need of care or disabled people or for home education,
- facilities for protection against domestic violence or
- facilities for the treatment of addiction
the registration authority will place a conditional blocking notice for this person in the population register if it is aware of this.
The effect of the conditional blocking notice is that information from the population register will only be provided to private individuals if it can be ruled out that their interests worthy of protection will be impaired. The person concerned will be heard by the registration authority before information is provided from the register.
