Problems with authorities and institutions
Overview
Many people have reservations when dealing with authorities and institutions. Authorities, offices, forms and laws are an impenetrable labyrinth for many. For this reason, the majority of towns and municipalities have set up a citizens' advice/citizens' service to which citizens seeking help can turn.
In addition to municipal citizens' service facilities, the Hessian state government offers a citizens' advice hotline, which not only acts as an intermediary between citizens and the administration and other institutions, but is also available for other questions, suggestions and problems.
