Overview
A traveling trade is deemed to exist if someone, on a commercial basis, without a prior order outside their commercial establishment or without having such an establishment
- offers for sale or purchases goods or seeks out (sells) orders for goods, offers services or seeks out orders for services or
-
carries out entertaining activities as a showman.
The exercise of a traveling trade regularly requires a permit (traveling trade card).
The traveling trade card can be extended upon application.
The period of validity of the traveling trade card can be extended upon application.
