Overview

A traveling trade exists when a person, on a commercial basis and without a prior order, outside of their commercial establishment or without having such an establishment,

  • offers goods for sale or purchases goods, or solicits orders for goods (sells them), offers services or solicits orders for services, or
  • performs entertainment activities as a traveling showman.
    The operation of an itinerant trade generally requires a permit (itinerant trade license).

The itinerant trade license may be extended upon application.
The validity period of the itinerant trade license may be extended upon application.
