Certification of school reports

Do you need certified copies of your school reports? The Offenbach City Education Authority offers you the opportunity to have copies of school reports issued by Offenbach schools certified by submitting the original.

Notarization procedure:

1. Making an appointment: Please make an appointment in advance, either by telephone or by e-mail.
   
2. Presentation of the originals: Bring the original certificate with you to the agreed appointment.
   
3. Notarization: Your certificates will be notarized directly on site at the Stadtschulamt.

Costs:

• Per certification: € 3.00
• Per copy of a certificate: € 0.50

• Apostille: A so-called pre-certification of German certificates for studying abroad is issued by the State Education Authority:

Duplicate certificates:

If the original certificate has been lost, you can apply for a duplicate to replace the original. This duplicate will be issued by the school that issued the original certificate. Please contact the school in question directly.
